Membership & Maintenance Plan Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Good Guys Auto Care, LLC (“GGAC”) and the enrolling customer (“Member”).
By checking the box labeled “I Agree”, clicking “Submit”, or completing enrollment through any Good Guys Auto Care website, dealer portal, tablet, QR code, or payment system, the Member electronically signs and agrees to be legally bound by this Agreement.
This Agreement applies to all plans sold directly by GGAC or through Authorized Dealers.
1. Plan Enrollment
At the time of enrollment, the Member selects:

Contact and Billing Information
The plan applies to the Vehicle on the Member’s Active Good Guys Auto Care Account.
2. Covered Vehicle (Active Account Rule)
This plan covers the vehicle listed on the Member’s active Good Guys Auto Care account at the time service is scheduled.
Only one (1) vehicle may be active on an account at any time.
The active vehicle may only be changed if the Member no longer owns or has possession of the originally covered vehicle.
All vehicle changes are subject to approval by Good Guys Auto Care.
If a vehicle change is approved:

The replacement vehicle will be covered only for the remaining term and remaining unused services of the original subscription.

Services do not reset, restart, or increase.

The replacement vehicle must be of a similar service class.

Additional labor, parts, or service costs may apply depending on the new vehicle.
Services may not be split, shared, or transferred between vehicles.
3. Membership Benefits (Included with Every Plan)
All plans include a Good Guys Membership, which provides:

Access to wholesale parts pricing

Priority mobile service scheduling
-
Diagnostic labor at $60 per hour (Deducted when Good Guys Auto Care does the repairs)

Complete Care Plan — 36 Months
Includes Essentials+, plus:

1 A/C Evacuation, Leak Test & Recharge

1 Cooling System Flush

1 Set of Brake Rotors with Brake Pads
5. Service Descriptions
Services include:
-
Oil Change — Up to 6 quarts of full synthetic + filter
-
Filter Service — Engine, cabin & wipers
-
A/C Check Up — Up to 10 oz R-134 (other refrigerants extra)

Fuel Line Cleaning — Throttle Body Cleaned & Fuel Tank Additive: The vehicle requires a minimum of 1/4 tank of fuel.

Transmission Service — Drain & fill (filter if applicable) or conditioner service.

Brake Pads — Front & rear

Rotors & Brake Service — Pads, rotors & brake fluid flush

Cooling System Flush — Complete system flush

A/C Full Service- evacuation, leak test, and recharge
6. First Service & Account Setup
First service must be completed within three (3) months of activation.
GGAC will contact the Member within 72 hours to complete account setup and scheduling.
7. Scheduling & Payment Requirements

Account must be current on payments to receive service

Late payments pause service eligibility
-
Early services may be prorated from plan balance
-
Some vehicles may require additional parts or labor, quoted before work
8. Safety & Service Conditions
Services must be performed at a safe and accessible location.
Unsafe vehicles or environments may result in service refusal or termination.
No refunds are issued for technician time, travel, or unsafe conditions.
9. Cancellation & Appointment Policy
Members may cancel anytime by emailing Service@GoodGuysCare.com, or calling (405)586-0422
All payments are non-refundable.
Plans are non-transferable.
Appointment Rules

24-hour notice required

$20 fee for late cancellations or no-shows
10. Payment Authorization
Member authorizes GGAC to automatically charge the payment method on file each month.
Unused services must be scheduled within 30 days after plan expiration or are forfeited.
11. Communication Consent
Member consents to receive calls, texts, and emails related to:

Scheduling
-
Billing
-
Service updates
12. Arbitration & Governing Law
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Member’s plan, services, payments, or relationship with Good Guys Auto Care shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration may be conducted in the Member’s home state or by remote video or written submission, at GGAC’s election.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
The Member and GGAC waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.
13. Electronic Acceptance
By checking the box below and submitting enrollment, the Member confirms:
